In the fall of 2000, Sticky Jewelry began by producing pieces to hold photographs from the new Polaroid i-Zone camera. The photos had sticky backing, hence the name Sticky Jewelry. Unfortunately, the new camera was not popular and Polaroid went bankrupt.
Sticky Jewelry changed its focus to producing unique, personalized jewelry. Their products, excellent service, and fast turnaround time made them popular with consumers. The company and line of products grew quickly.
